This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, ByteDance, Instagram, Meta, Barnes & Noble, HarperCollins/Harper Voyager, or R.F. Kuang. By entering, each entrant releases TikTok, Instagram and Meta from any liability connected with the giveaway. "Barnes & Noble" is a trademark of its owner and is used only to describe the prize; Barnes & Noble does not sponsor this giveaway.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Sponsor's operators and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry period. The giveaway starts Monday, Nov 2, 2026, at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends the moment @tomewizard on TikTok first reaches 10,000 followers, as shown on its public TikTok profile and recorded by Sponsor's server. If @tomewizard has not reached 10,000 followers by then, the giveaway ends no later than Monday, Nov 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time (the "Entry Period"). The closing time is announced on www.tomewizard.com/giveaway. Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper. Entries or bonus actions received after the Entry Period ends don't count.

4. How to enter (required base entry: 1 entry). Go to www.tomewizard.com/giveaway and submit the free sign-up form with your email address, your TikTok username, and your state, then confirm you're 18+ and agree to these rules. This is the only required step, and it earns one (1) entry. One sign-up per person and per email address. Entering costs nothing.

5. Optional bonus entries. After you sign up, your personal entry page shows your entry count and your referral link. Each optional action below adds entries. None of them is required to enter or to win, and sharing is always optional.

Maximum entries per person: 42 (1 base + 12 from actions + 30 from referrals).

• Social actions are self-reported. You check a box confirming, on your honor, that you really did each action you claim.
• Before any prize is awarded, Sponsor will verify the selected entrant's claimed actions (for example, that the TikTok account follows @tomewizard and the comments and tags exist). If a claimed action can't be verified, the entry is void and an alternate is drawn. False claims disqualify the entrant.
• Referrals count only when the referred person is a real, distinct, eligible individual who completes their own sign-up with their own email address. Self-referrals, duplicate or disposable accounts, and referrals that come from bots, scripts, paid traffic, or entry-swapping groups are void.
• Tagged friends must be real, distinct people, and comments must follow TikTok's Community Guidelines. Don't spam comments.

6. Prize. One (1) Grand Prize winner receives: - one (1) new hardcover copy of Babel Collector's Edition: Or the Necessity of Violence by R.F. Kuang, illustrated by Nico Delort (Harper Voyager, June 16, 2026; ISBN 978-0-06-343288-8; publisher's list price US $55.00), and - one (1) $50 Barnes & Noble gift card.

Approximate retail value (ARV): US $105. Sponsor ships the prize free of charge to a US address. The prize can't be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value if a prize item becomes unavailable. The gift card is subject to its issuer's terms and conditions. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.

7. The 10K milestone and the drawing. The giveaway celebrates TomeWizard's TikTok reaching 10,000 followers. The drawing will happen whether or not the milestone is reached. Sponsor will randomly select the winner from all eligible entries, weighted by each entrant's number of verified entries, within 3 days after the Entry Period ends (that is, within 3 days after @tomewizard first reaches 10,000 TikTok followers, or within 3 days after Monday, Nov 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time if the milestone has not been reached by then). In every case the drawing will take place no later than Thursday, Dec 3, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Notification. The winner will be notified by email from Sponsor and announced by TikTok username in a follow-up post and/or a reply on the giveaway video. The winner must reply with a US shipping address within 72 hours. If the winner doesn't respond in time, is ineligible, fails verification, or can't be reached, Sponsor will select an alternate winner at random in the same way.

9. Scam warning. Sponsor will only contact the winner from the official @tomewizard accounts or a tomewizard.com email address. Sponsor will never ask for payment, card or bank details, passwords, or verification codes. Ignore any other account claiming to be TomeWizard.

10. Privacy. Sponsor collects your email address, TikTok username (and optional Instagram username), state, sign-up time, a referral code, and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only for fraud prevention. This information is used only to run this giveaway and to contact and ship the prize to the winner. It is not sold or shared, except with the shipping carrier. If you separately opt in on the form, Sponsor may also email you book picks, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Giveaway data that isn't needed to fulfill the prize is deleted within 90 days after the drawing. See also www.tomewizard.com/privacy.

11. General conditions. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, uses multiple identities, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent way. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor compromises its integrity, and in that case may select the winner from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor isn't responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries, website or TikTok/Instagram outages, deleted or hidden comments, or prizes lost or damaged in shipping after hand-off to the carrier. If a provision of these rules is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

12. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor, TikTok, Instagram/Meta and Barnes & Noble from any claims arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize.
